Privacy Policy

What personal information we use, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

This Privacy Policy explains how Dynamic Marketing Investments, trading as Neon Motive, collects, uses, stores and shares personal information as the data controller responsible for this storefront.

8.1 Information we collect

  • Identity and account information, such as name, login provider and account identifier.
  • Contact information, such as email address, telephone number and delivery address.
  • Order information, including product selections, design specifications, proof approvals, status history and support communications.
  • Customer content, including wording, logos, artwork and photographs uploaded for production or support.
  • Payment and transaction metadata. Full card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Neon Motive.
  • Technical and usage data, such as IP address, device, browser, pages viewed, consent state and analytics events.
  • Marketing preferences, review submissions and notification settings.

8.2 Why we use information

  • To create quotes, proofs, orders and custom products.
  • To process and verify payments.
  • To deliver orders and provide tracking.
  • To provide customer service, warranties and dispute resolution.
  • To create and secure customer accounts.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
  • To comply with tax, accounting, consumer, product-safety and legal obligations.
  • To improve the website and builder where consent or another lawful basis permits.
  • To send marketing only where permitted and to honour opt-outs.

8.3 Lawful bases

Depending on the country and purpose, we rely on performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests that do not override the individual’s rights, and consent. Where consent is the basis, it can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

8.4 Service providers and international transfers

We may share necessary information with Firebase and Google Cloud services, Vercel, Payfast, email and notification providers, analytics and advertising providers where consent permits, couriers, professional advisers, fraud-prevention providers and the production partner in China. We disclose only information reasonably required for the service.

Information may be processed outside the customer’s country. Where required, we use an approved transfer mechanism, contractual protection or another lawful safeguard. The production partner receives only the design and delivery information needed to manufacture and dispatch the order.

8.5 Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, warranty, disputes, fraud prevention and legal-retention requirements. Abandoned carts are normally kept for about 30 days unless recovery consent supports a longer period. Order, payment and tax records are kept for the legally required period; proofs and artwork are kept through the warranty and dispute period; marketing preferences are kept until opt-out together with a suppression record; and analytics data follows the published retention setting.

8.6 Customer rights

Depending on applicable law, customers may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a privacy regulator. Submit a request through the contact page. We may need to verify identity and may retain information that the law requires us to keep.

8.7 Security

We use role-based access, Firebase security rules, server-side authorisation, encrypted transport, protected storage, audit logs and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If a legally notifiable breach occurs, we will notify affected people and authorities as required.

8.8 Children

The website is not intended for children to place orders independently. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child who cannot lawfully consent without a parent or guardian. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information without appropriate permission.

8.9 Contact and complaints

Privacy requests and complaints can be sent to ecomminvest80@gmail.com or Dynamic Marketing Investments, 43 Hyacinth Close, Corporate Park, Magnavia, Polokwane, Limpopo, 0699, South Africa. We will verify requests where appropriate, investigate complaints and respond within the period required by applicable law. Account holders can also submit an access, correction, export or deletion request from their account.

8.10 United States privacy choices

Customers can reject non-essential advertising storage, reopen Privacy choices from the footer, or use a browser Global Privacy Control signal. Neon Motive does not sell personal information for money. Where an applicable state law treats certain advertising disclosures as a sale or sharing, an opt-out choice is honoured for that browser.
