How we support an accessible sign-building, checkout and account experience.
Neon Motive is committed to making the website and sign-building experience usable by as many people as reasonably possible.
12.1 Our approach
We aim to provide semantic headings, keyboard operation, visible focus, labelled forms, readable contrast, alternative text, reduced-motion support, accessible error messages and touch targets suitable for mobile use.
12.2 Known limitations
The live neon preview is visual by nature. We will provide text descriptions of the selected wording, font, colour, size, backing and options so that the design can be reviewed without relying only on the image. Uploaded third-party artwork may not always contain meaningful alternative text until it has been reviewed.
12.3 Assistance and feedback
If you encounter an accessibility problem or need information in another format, use the contact page. Tell us the page, device and difficulty encountered. We will respond and provide a reasonable alternative where possible.
12.4 Ongoing improvement
We test important customer journeys, including the builder, cart, checkout, login, order tracking and proof approval, and we update this statement when material changes are made.
