We ship worldwide. Production is planned for 2–3 days after proof approval. Our advertising markets have local storefront currencies; other destinations use the USD storefront and can choose their delivery country at checkout.

If a component fails under our Two-Year Glow Guarantee, we will ship replacement parts or a new sign directly to you. You do not need to ship the original product back to our facility.
