Pricing, Currency, Payment and Taxes Policy

How prices, currencies, payments, shipping charges and taxes are handled.

This policy explains how prices are calculated, displayed and paid.

3.1 Displayed prices

Prices are displayed in the selected market currency and reflect the sign size and options you choose, the active market, the exchange rate and the applicable rounding rule. Infinity Mirror signs remain quote-only until a dedicated price matrix is available.

The server recalculates the price at cart and checkout. If a saved design uses an expired pricing version, we will show the updated amount before payment and ask the customer to accept it.

3.2 Currency conversion

International customers may see a local-currency display price. Payfast may complete the final card-currency conversion on its hosted payment page. The final amount shown by Payfast before the customer confirms payment is the card amount charged, subject to the customer’s bank or card-provider charges.

3.3 Shipping, import charges and taxes

The checkout total includes the product and any delivery charge shown by Neon Motive. Our current orders are made and dispatched by an international production and fulfilment partner in China. We aim for the checkout total to be the final amount collected by Neon Motive.

The customer is the importer of record. A customs authority or courier may independently assess import VAT, duties, clearance or similar destination charges that are not collected or controlled by Neon Motive. If assessed, the customer is responsible for paying them and providing any importer information requested by the authority or courier. Bank and currency-conversion charges imposed by a third party are also the customer’s responsibility.

3.4 Payment authorisation

Payment is processed through Payfast or another payment provider displayed at checkout. We do not receive or store the full card number. An order is not treated as paid merely because the customer returns to the website; payment must be verified through the provider’s trusted server notification.

3.5 Obvious pricing errors

If a price is clearly incorrect because of a technical or data-entry error, we may pause or cancel the order before production and offer the correct price or a full refund. We will not use this clause to change a valid agreed price after production simply because our costs increased.
